The Body Clock: Why You're So Tired All The Time

  1. Would one be able to solve the problem by controlling light exposure in a way that fools the body clock into becoming aligned with the social clock?

    FWIW, I've read that using the same type of lighting which is used to treat depression in northern living areas (e.g., Minnesota) can be helpful in resetting your circadian rhythm on redeyes, but I've never tried this.
